Guest jewel Posted March 22, 2007 Share Posted March 22, 2007 Hi I'm a new owner of a fantastic greyhound called Jack, he's the 1st grey I've ever owned (2lurchers before) . He's about 18mths old, 70inches from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail, 30 ins. to his shoulders and is a big softy. It's a learning curve with him, he had been kept outside and only ever knew the yard, race-track and his race owners car so everything is new to him. Steve, the previous owner said that Jack didn't know how to climb stairs.........yeh right that's why I found him on my bed. Have found out that my Jack isn't unique with his liking for mischief making. He's also a bit of a klepto like the others,hasn't destroyed too many things although he has a special liking for my daughters' slippers and he also has stolen a 3lb bag of flour but didn't burst it until he got upstairs to his bed, judging by the other doggie pics on the site I got off lightly 'cos I only had to shake his bed outside to clean up.
