Cully Posted March 4, 2006 Share Posted March 4, 2006 I can't believe that my sweet baby girl has went to the bridge a year ago today. :weep I think about Connie everyday. Most days I smile when I think about my baby girl but, there are other days when I just want to and . Connie was my heart dog. I really can't remember my life before I got her. My mom tells me that Connie would just go crazy when I would come home. My mom tells everyone that Connie would hear my car pull up to the house and she would start running around to all the other dogs and bark in their face. She said it was like Connie was saying "Come on everyone mommy is here!" Connie was always the first one to meet me at the door. She didn't care if I had only been gone for 10 min or all day, she acted the same way everytime I walked in the door. Connie was afraid of the tile floor in the kitchen but, you had to walk thru the kitchen to get to the bedrooms. Some days it took 10 min to get Connie to walk back to the bedroom (even with rugs in the kitchen) but, she always had to go with me to the back of the house.
