Oh - I think that's called Trauma Life or some weird name...I think it's an oil you rub behind the dog's ears...comes in a vile and it's quite pricey at like $40 a pop. Someone on here swears by it.

Oh geeze, I'm only just seeing this. I'm SO sorry for your loss.

I am so, so sorry for your loss.

I voted 1 -2 hours, which is what it would normally be. Since Turbo's limping, the walks have been cut to about 10 minutes, though we did our first hour walk in 3 months yesterday. I discovered I'd gained 5 pounds since he'd been laid up! Fingers crossed the orthopedic vet gives us a thumbs up for regular exercise on Tuesday!

Don't know how I missed this thread today. I'm so very sorry for your loss, Diane. Take good care of yourself - you've been through so much these last few months.

I am so very sorry to hear this, Dan...I don't even have words.

Holy cow - many of you are much younger than I thought! I'm 34 (for another 8 months or so) and DH is 35 (though he's not on this board - he thinks we're all weird )

Now I can get rid of embarassing spelling errrors. Thanks, Jeff. And, nice avatar

I'm so sorry to hear this - I just checked the H&M thread and saw that it had been locked. My heart sank.
Take good care of yourself, Diane. Ivey is free from pain now.
Bless you for all you do for these seniors.

So very sorry to hear this. Ozgirl2 is right - there are plenty of us GTers in MD - do let us know if there's any way we can help.

That's so sad!
Doesn't sound like bloat (bloat is painful and they would have seen the symptoms).
Condolences to the family and anyone who knew her. So sudden...

OMG. This is just heartbreaking.
Are Your Greys Having Medical Problems?

Depends on what you consider major or minor...
Turbo's been battling a hip strain for 6 months now. We're on weekly PT which is kind of a pain in the butt, but he doesn't seem to be in major discomfort and it has not affected the quality of his life in any meaningful way (except he really, really, really, really wants to run and is forbidden!). We *might* have an autoimmune problem going on, but I highly doubt it. We go to a specialist on 6/23, but as I understand it, must autoimmune disorders are controlled fairly easily, with the exception of occassional flare-ups.
