My bridge pup Clark split the web on one of his back feet. My vet stitched up the sides. He said there was no point in stitching the web back together. We stitched it because it would heal faster. Bandage off the next day, bootie on when he went out to keep it clean. Healed up very fast.

Welcome back. I loved living in Japan. I'm sure a greyhound is a big hit there! I lived there twice. In Sasebo as a child, then stationed at Kami Seya as an adult.

You gave your girl a great gift. You let her go without being selfish. You could have kept her around longer and run tests and she would have been sick and suffering. Instead you did what was best for her! More painful for you, but best for her. Don't second guess yourself, sometimes Google is not helpful!

What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful and special girl. So sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry! Sadie was a very special and much loved girl.

My bridge boy liked ground raw chicken or cream cheese (especially the strawberry flavored!) for pills.

I'm SO sorry!
Such a beautiful girl, I'm sure she is being spoiled by the angels.

When my bridge girl Gypsy was young she would skip a meals and I wouldn't worry. She was almost 12 when we lost Clark and lost a lot of weight due to grief (they were very close). So I "babied" her. All sorts of add ins to get her to eat. I would even choose items that would be good "doggie leftovers" when we went out to eat. She loved chicken alfredo! You know your pups and you do what you have to keep them going. Was she spoiled, yes but she was healthy and with us for another year and a half (passed peacefully in her sleep).
I have another diva now, and Sky skips meals, when she gets older I'll probably "babie" her too.

NutriSource chicken, no grain kibble.
Wellness no grain canned.
My bridge girl Gypsy had issues with grains. No grains worked well for the others so we stuck with it.

Glad to hear Brynna has been seen. They seem to heal faster from a toe amp than from a broken toe. I'm sure she will be back to walks and runs quickly.

Burt's Bees has a bug spray that is safe and smells like lemon grass.

Did you check with your adoption group? They should be able to recommend a Vet. Is she a Heart Bound dog? I think I remember a Brynna.

I'm so sorry. Murphy is so lucky to have found a home where he will get all the love and affection he deserves. I'm sure you will spoil him as much as you can. Be sure to take lots of photos, I'm so glad I had lots of all my angels.

So glad your pup is OK! I checked my fiber gummies and thankfully the brand we use has no xylitol in the fiber gummies. I never thought to worry about them.

I use Revolution on Sneakers. I asked my vet if I should switch to something else. He sais unless it was causing him problems he felt it was best to keep him on what his body was accustomed to. The less changes the better. Sneakers seizures are infrequent and we aren't medicating him at this time.

I'm so sorry. Your making the right decision, but it is still so painful.

Sneakers has seizures, we did blood work on him and a thyroid test and all were normal. His are infrequent so we don't medicate. I do keep a spreadsheet with date, time and description of the seizure.
