Her face wasn't very grey for 10 years old. She sure didn't look her age.

For those who can stand to read this forum, Two more greys have crossed the bridge due to cancer this week. A friend and her parents both lost their greys within a week. For Trevor and Sync running at the bridge.

Ok, bawling my eyes out now. We love our senior pair who came to us at age 8 together. Liz just had her picture in the paper yesterday taken at an adoption event. I must say she was the most beautiful dog there!

OMG! I'm so sorry for you! I haven't been on here for several weeks so I just saw your post. We lost our first grey last summer in a similar way. She ran into a branch of a fallen tree while playing in our wooded yard and ran it through her side. I was so devastated I couldn't go into the yard for weeks. I still think about it every day. I know how you felt rushing him to the vet knowing it wouldn't help. 3 more greys have not been able to fill the hole she left in our lives. We were afraid they wouldn't let us have anymore dogs because we were irresponsible. Silly, I know. Warm thoughts to all Justin's family.
