Sorry to read this. Sending hugs to all who loved him.

I agree to watch his water in take. I had a return that had been refused water & would not drink if a person was near the water bowl & it took a long time to get Annie willing to drink as she needed. Finally she would got to the water bowls with another housemate & finally would drink as needed.

I'd feed at least 3 small meals a day of grain free kibble or raw so his stomach can adjust. Try not to let your toddler share with him while he's having tummy troubles. Good luck

This is so wrong! I hope Mike is buried with full milatary honors.

Welcome home Billy Boy! What does the Bean think of him?

Xylitol doesn't kill mice, wish it did! I have a mouse in the kitchen that got into a drawer & ate at least 2 pieces of gum & I'd hope it would kill said mouse but it didn't. 2 days ago this mouse jump started my heart as I was fixing breakfast for my boys & as I reached to turn on the water this nasty creature came running at my hand causing me to jump & almost fall. I've got 4 traps but haven't caught it yet. Mice belong outside where the owl can catch them not in my kitchen.

Sorry to see this, please tell your friend we are asking our angels to take care of Hook. I have some old broods just waiting to care for him as well as plenty of playmates for him. Can you post a picture of him?

Welcome to GT You have a beautiful boy. How old is he?

I love the blacks & had a beautiful black pack of small females that are now at the bridge. Congratulations on your new additions.

He was the dean of vet medicine & a wonderful mentor to many TX vets, mine included. He used his greys to show the dogs blood & muscles to new vets. We have lost a wonderful lover of ours hounds.

I know my Aussie girl, Speckie, was waiting for her along with Shanti & Nala. There will be lots of grey/Aussie games played until we meet them again. I'm sorry she had to leave so soon.

Anne, I'm so sorry to see this. Sending hugs your way.

As Judy said muzzles are your friend when doing turnout with a group. At the racing kennels they use muzzles to prevent just this kind of problem.

So glad you have him! He looks like a beautiful soul & as others have said he may get stronger with good food as I've been told by 2 vets older dogs need a higher protein food. Noelle can atest to this new food as she is much better now. Please give this boy a hug for me.
