Yup. What a fabulous night that was. I had such fun with those 2. We walked up my icy driveway every half hour all night long to avoid accidents; Whiskey didn't need that, of course, and Lilly only pottied twice on the floor, but it's hardwood, so no problem. I miss Whiskey so very, very much. He was a Very Good Boy. And Lilly is a Very Good (BIG) Girl.

Did the dogs get tricked into thinking those were people? Angel Eve once went into Howdy, Howdy mode at a park statue of "people" sitting on a bench. Eve was very disappointed that she couldn't get any petting from the statue.
And those statues don't smell interesting either.

Bonfires?
There is usually a Dewey Gathering Message Board (the other greyhound group) on Facebook. People post early morning beach walks, bonfires at night, vendors, etc. There is no group this year. I didn't see that someone attempted an April get together that didn't happen. Anyone know anything?

Dewey Goes Pink often lines up with GRTB. I'm coming back from a summer of plantar fascitis and slowly working my way back to 3.1 miles.
My real concern is Mercury. I might be able to leave him with the woman with whom I'm staying but I hate to impose. I can pay for houndie sitting but he doesn't enjoy and just stands there waiting for me to retrieve him.
