I'm thinking of you both.

That is good news.
I wish you both well.

I'm so sorry. I went through this last year with my boy and know the pressure and uncertainty you feel.
I hope Dr Couto can help you and Bodie.

Charlie - my first greyhound - taught me to be patient with love and made me fall in love with greyhounds forever.
Teddy - my second - taught me that love does not necessarily relate to how long you've known someone (we only had the pleasure of his company for 4 short months but couldn't possibly have loved him any more than we did) and gave me the gift of time for myself, as after his untimely death I was unable to return to a job I hated.
Bless them.

What a touching tribute and poem for an obviously much loved boy. You did the kindest thing by letting him go so please don't feel bad. I lost a 6 year old brindle boy last year too.

She is indeed very sweet My Sunny recently had little growth removed from his head and, like you, I was worried silly about the anaesthetic, but he was fine, and it turned out to be a benigh histiocytoma. Fingers crossed for Roo.

Ultram / Tramadol is called Zydol in the UK if I remember correctly. I know this because I asked my vet in the UK for Tramadol recently when my boy was suffering from osteosarcoma - my vet hadn't heard of Ultram or Tramadol but between us we eventually discovered it is called Zydol over here.

Hope all continues to go well with Humphrey's recovery. He looks very sweet. Oh, and welcome from Hertfordshire

Honey is such a beautiful colour.
I agree, greyhounds are the best therapy there is

Sunny had something similar on his neck recently. As it was too small to do a needle biopsy and there was a possibility it could be a Mast Cell tumour, the vet removed it under anaesthetic. It turned out to be a benign histiocytoma fortunately.
Prayers Please
