Guest goofydog2
Thank you for asking. He's sttill doing well! I attempted to remove the 6" Elasticon wrap and it went well until I got to the part stuck on his fur. Thank goodness for muzzles as he decided that I was the devil incarnate. Needless to say I , cut off the already unwrapped portion and left it at that. I'll let the vet techs remove the balance in the AM, thank you very much. After the wrap and bandage are removed tomorrow I'll update how the wound is healing.

Yes, I believe it might and have 2 of them here. Thanks Ducky!
Guest goofydog2
Evil bandage is off. Of course he went after the stitches as soon as he was home and on his bed so he now has the evil muzzle with guard on! Incision looks great and healing is nicely progressing. About 5" long with 6 neon orange sutures. Overnight I'll use the belly band (with a panty liner to keep the sutures from snagging on the material.) We go back on Friday the 13th for suture removal. Sorry Morrie, I see the evil muzzle being an accessory for a few weeks to come!
macoduck
Toni, if the belly band shifts position try wrapping it with an Ace bandage. Secure with tape, of course, rather than those metal prongy things they come with.
