You can try Animal Care of Oradell - 2 Berkshire Rd, Oradell.. It's a new practice opened by Dr Christian Hurst-OSU grad. He knows and loves greyhounds. Wonderful vet. The website is still under construction but, he does have a Facebook page.

I love http://www.allendalevet.com/ Allendale Veterinary. Very greyhound savvy.

 

One of the vets at http://valleycottageanimalhospital.com/about.php Valley Cottage Animal Hospital used to have a greyhound so that may be another option.

 

If you're interested in raw feeding, there is a pick-up of http://www.raawenergy.com/ Raww Energy in Pearl River.

 

And do you know about the weekly greyhound walk in Van Saun Park in Paramus? Every Sunday morning 9AM, we meet in the parking lot across from the soccer field. We have some people from Rockland & they may be able to give you some more suggestions.

 

Hopefully you just need a well-baby exam for your houndie.

Luke needs another fecal I think as he still hasn't eaten on a regular basis and still throws up bile once in a while. Either that or he is just one stubborn hound who would starve himself rather than eat plain kibble and water.

 

I'll definitely get over to Paramus one morning if I'm not working. This guy needs to meet more with other dogs and I think he's depressed being alone so much with just myself and my wife around. When he's around my families dogs he's much happier I think. Thanks for the recommendation.
