JJNg Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 Dogs almost never get ear mites. Ear problems in adult dogs are much more likely to be yeast or bacterial infections due to allergies. We mostly see ear mites in cats and kittens, and very occasionally in puppies.
