Newgreymom Posted December 22, 2012 Share Posted December 22, 2012 We've been using this kibble for quite some time and the past few bags have an unusual odor. I called NV recently and asked if there was a recall or the recipe changed, and she told me they are changing the formula but the bags I have are not the new ones. Anyone else experience this with the Lamb and Oatmeal kibble? I want to switch to another Lamb and Oatmeal, any ideas of a good one?? cleptogrey Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 good luck, all of the manufacturers seem to be changing their recipes these days. it sounds as if your bags may have been"spoiled" or rancid. i would bring them back to the store, that stuff is $$$$. it's trial and error. my dogs did really well on their venison recipe, why not give that a try?
