Hubcitypam
My foster girlie has one. It does look like a tick at first glance but is sort of cauliflowery looking upon closer inspection. The vet told me during her annual that it was no big deal, but if it did burst on its own it would bleed a lot and not to flip out. Hers has actually dried up over the past year or so. Brindles
Dazzle had one like that, too. It never was a problem and went away on its own.
