Walliered
I finally got some Manuka honey and I was wondering how to get it down my hounds. Do you give it in their food or just squirt it in their mouths?? Thanks so much.
4My2Greys
Manuka honey is kind of thick. I just put some on a spoon and let mine lick it off. Most dogs like the taste of it and have no problem taking it this way. Ideally you want to give it about 20 minutes prior to feeding because it helps to coat and soothe the intestinal tract. Guest Sunset123
You shouldn't have a problem getting the dogs to eat it straight. Mine would go bonkers for it!
