Guest LeanneSchatz
My Sizzle is 6 years old an in the last 2 days she's kind of had a bit of a spasm or cramp when she gets up after laying down. The best way I can describe it is she gets up and kind of arches her back a little and it looks like she is in pain. It lasts for a few seconds and then she is fine. I don't see any lumps or bumps anywhere but I am very scared. This has happened once before back in 2009 and we rushed to the vet and the vet said to watch her for a week and if it happened again to bring her in. It never did until now. I am so scared, she is my baby. Anyone have anything like this happen? It's so hard to explain and it's over so quick I can't capture it. Thanks so much. GreyTzu
I think might have her checked for a UTI. Quote Wendy and The Whole Wherd. American by birth, Southern by choice. Guest LeanneSchatz
She just vomited too. Not sure if it is from the pain or something else.
Guest Energy11
Sorry she is feeling badly. Sometimes, stomach discomfort presents with the arching of the back. Could be GAS. If you any Gas X in the house, you can give one or two of those, and a Pepcid AC. (*generic on all is fine). If it IS gas, this should take care of it. Good Luck, and hoping she feels better soon! ...
