Magdalyn58 Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I remember many years ago, working as a PA in a local ER and a young woman came in, straight from dental surgery, full of crepitus along her lower jaw, into her neck and upper chest. She was crying, it hurt so much. There is really nothing you can do for it but to give it time for the tissue to absorb the air bubbles. Apparently something like this can happen with dental procedures, albeit rarely. I'm so happy the poor guy is starting to feel a little better.
