Guest summertime
I just got the call from the vet. She had a bone graft today on the broken leg. She tolerated the anesthetic very well and Scott said she was a good candidate for the surgery and it went well. They are going to keep her quiet until tomorrow. He said it is going to be very painful for her for a while. Her poor little legs were very damaged. All we can do is keep her comfortable and pray. The good news is the surgery went well. Her recovery is yet to be seen. Thank you to everyone for your prayers and concern.

Guest summertime
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i148/ktadb/HPIM0957-1.jpg Good morning. Gracie fell from the roof a few weeks ago. Miracle of Miracle's she survived. She has been doing well, but now it is time for a bone graft on a broken leg. She's a trooper but she will need all the well wishes she can get. Can anyone who has had experience with this give me an idea of the recovery time? Gracie is 8 yrs old. She does not belong to me, I'm her care giver at the moment but I could use some good thoughts and any tips you might have. I don't know how to alter the heading, but wanted to note that Gracie's surgery yesterday went well. The healing process will be long and difficult for her.
