Oh Trish. I am just so sad. I feel priviledged to have met that sweet boy. I remember him running with Jill in your yard, being so tolerant of her pushyness. Most of all his sweet grey face. Such a handsome boy. I can't begin to imagine your pain. I wish you peace and I will think of your boys whenever we see a rainbow.

I'm just so sorry. Sweet boy. Play and bounce , sleep in the sun and most of all smile down on your mom.

It's so hard to find the right words. I am so sorry. Peace to you and Amber. We'll miss her very much.

I know this is a dumb question but I don't understand why some people's pictures are very small (when doing the resize to 400x whatever) and other people's are so much larger doing whatever it is they do. Help please.

I don't know what to say to you Trish except that my heart is breaking for you. What a sweet gentle fellow Thunder was. Both of you were so lucky to have had each other. Know that you are in so many people's thoughts and prayers.

It hurts so much but reat assured he knew how much you loved him and be equally assured that he loved you as much. You did a good loving thing.

I was thinking the other day that Terry Fox died of osteosarcoma and that greyhound groups in Canada could organize and be part of Terry Fox events. Money raised by them could be donated to whatever research project you eventually identify. This disease needs to be stopped in people and in our greys. Just a thought. Greyhound Planet Week is generally around the same time as the Terry Fox runs as well.

Oh what a boy. How lucky were you! and how clever was the kennel guy. I think Celebrating Greyhounds magazine needs you stories! Grey lovers everywhere would love to hear Fudgie stories!!

I guess ignorance really is bliss. I very rarely came in Rememberance before because it made me feel sad. I had never lost a dog before, so I didn't realize just how important this area of the board is. I will always make sure I come in here to offer my support to anyone who loses their beloved pet.
Not wanting to be sad is not a good enough reason to stay out of here. I've learned a lot this past week. Not all bad either. I've learned how much comfort can come for kind words from friends. Thank you all for coming to me even though nobody likes to be in this part of the board. I will be here for anyone that needs comfort........
Yeh me too.

What a wonderful happy life you gave him after his work was done. I expect he would have wanted to go no other way than surrounded by your love. I ache for your breaking heart.
