    Easy to tell how it was done. Kids, dogs, cars and major appliances have all made a pact to never allow their parents/owners to have any extra money in the bank. Something must break, vomit or bleed whenever there is a possibility of catching up on bills. Extra bonus points are given if said parents/owners are subjected to a major panic/guilt attack during the breakage/illness. Personally, I suspect there are gnomes living in my checkbook that let my kids/dogs/cars/major appliance know when it's time to get sick or fail.

    Bald Thighs

    Hmmmmm. Sirocco has bald thighs, butt, tummy and chest. His thyroid levels are well within normal. I can't imagine that he could have lower stress levels and still be alive. His baldness does not concern me since he is also healthy, active, happy and very ornery. On the other hand, Yukon has tons of hair. So much, that I wonder if he isn't part lab. Of our 3, Yukon is also the most easily stressed. I believe he had been mistreated in a previous home since he cowers, shakes and hides anytime someone has their arm raised around him or talks loudly.

     

    I wonder if canine baldness isn't genetic like human baldness.

    Too many of us know how horrible the pain you are feeling is. My Polly and Chester have been gone 6 & 7 years. Losing them hurt so tremendously bad. I still think of them often. However, it is now with a smile. Peace and comfort to you.

    Skittle. Fruitbat. Princess of Pinkiness. Skittle Diddle Knick Knack. The Albino Fruitbat. Kung-Fu Skittle. Junior partner of the law firm "Froelinger & Fruitbat". You made so many of us smile with your sweetness and unique style. Could anyone ever wear double strand pearls nearly as well as you? I think not. You also gave us so much wonderful advice on the best techniques for counter surfing, mud baths, make up, lap warming, self-defense from terriorists, snuggles and ear cleaning. Please send your mom and sister a sign soon that you are ok (but make it a REALLY good one).
