Hope it's "just" a virus that they'll all get over quickly.

YAY for good news! Boo for annoying lazy vets.
-
Wow, for such a godawful beginning, I can't believe how well this has turned out so far! Outstanding!
-
Outstanding! I LOVE good news in H&M!
-
What a touching tribute to a beautiful special girlie. I am very very sorry for your loss.

I would guess coincidence. I know of several hounds with corns, but none have ever had toenail problems. And the one I know who has toenail problems (SLO) has never suffered from corns.

Yay! SO happy to hear Riley's feeling better!
-
I wouldn't wrap it unless something looks out of joint or bloody. If it's only a bit swollen, you could soak the foot in epsom salts in warm water a couple times today. Might ease the swelling a tad.

No brilliant ideas that haven't been thought of already. Just for sweet gator-jaws Ry-Ry. Hope he feels better soon.

He is a breathtakingly handsome boy, and deeply loved. I am very sorry for your loss.

Excellent news! and for sweet stripey Gracie:

What a beautiful and heartfelt tribute to a truly beautiful boy. I am very sorry for your loss.

Ryan had his an hour before or 2 hours after other meds/food
That is how I was instructed to administer it as well.

That does sound odd. Does he have a fever?

I'm guessing the "B" shot was buprenorphine, a pain killer. Unfortunately what vets often forget to tell people is that a common side effect of a buprenorphine shot is heavy panting.
I hope your gorgeous Riley turns out to be okay.
eta: I agree the evet should have xrayed.

How much tail did they leave her with?
-
Spoil that poor sweetheart for me once she's awake enough to enjoy it.
-
Words fail me. I am so so sorry.

Beautiful sweethearts! for their dentals...

Could be a cyst, could be nearly anything. Assuming it's only in the skin (meaning, not attached to underlying tissue or bone) I'd keep an eye on it for a while. If it changes (gets bigger, angrier, etc) I'd have it looked at by a vet.

Outstanding update! Rest well, and recover quickly, beautiful ol' girlie.

and for Quilty.

What a beautiful girlie. I am very sorry for your loss.

Hope it's minor.
