    Miss Ivy, I will be making something else that I saw on Facebook. Dumplings like potstickers but with rice paper wrappers! They look delicious! After they are filled and sealed, they are pan fried, but I plan to try air frying them (surprise surprise!!). They look light and crispy and as an added bonus, they are lower in carbs than regular potsticker wrappers!! I had to order one of those little dumpling presses and it is “out for delivery “ from that Amazon River place!! Let the experiment begin!! Weeeeeeeeee! :yay

    Went to Shaw's (grocery store ) to see if they had something called rice paper wrappers. They look like plastic circles and are used to make egg rolls and stuff but are really thin and transparent. They did. I also got a bunch of other stuff. Broccolini, radishes, asparagus, dill, green beans, scallions, a red pepper, and some sesame oil. Cashier is ringing it up and commented wow, look at all these veggies! Someone is eating healthy! Then she got to the 6 bags of limited edition spring Starbucks coffee!! They have ones that are seasonal that are only available until April 31. They still had the display up so I got 2 of each that I really like! She started laughing! 🤣

    Miss Noo Carol, not sure about Pepsi but I do know about fermented orange juice! Went camping one time and a friend put a half gallon of OJ in an old Pepsi bottle and put itbin the cooler. Forgot to take it home with him and left it in the empty cooler. We discovered it and Martha brought it into the kitchen. Instead of just putting the whole thing into the dumpster, she tipped it over the sink and undid the cap. It exploded and turned into a rocket, flew thru the kitchen and dining room and into the (carpeted) living room. Spewing forth the fermented OJ. Everywhere. Ceiling, rug, walls, thru the louvered door to the closet, and all . Over . Martha. Took years to get rid of the ensuing mold that kept showing up.

    Miss Nutmeg, I am not quite ready for another houndie just yet. I have a bunch of stuff to do with the house and yard first (finally found a new yard guy!!)  I have spoken to our GPA president and told her what I am looking for - small and safe with Brody (small fluffy white dog) because I swap dogsitting with her mom. Don’t care about cat safe, just Brody safe 😏. If someone comes in that fits the bill…….

    Today and tomorrow I am dogsitting for Clarkie’s little girlfriend Brody and her greyhound brother Dexter. When I got to their house, she kept looking behind me like she was looking for Clarkie 😞. She’s such a snuggle bug and will sleep with me tonight. I looked over at the stairs and saw this. Her butt was sitting on a step and her front legs were on the next step down!  She is such a cutie and Dexter is so sweet.
