    Sorry to hear that she is still having problems. What treatments has she has from the alternative vets? Olive leaf extract can be very effective again stubborn infections http://www.entirelypets.com/olleafex.html.

    Open Sores Between Toes

    My girl has this issue from time to time. I deal with it by putting a piece of cotton wool in between the toes; not too much, just enough to keep the toes apart but comfortable. I find it stays there pretty well by itself, but sometimes I put a baby sock over it and fix it on with some vetwrap above the joint and if we go for a walk I put a boot over the sock as well.
