Pippin, my childhood dog. You taught me what a beautiful, selfless thing the love of an animal is, and how much richer my life will always be because I've had the privelege of sharing it with my animal companions. You were my best friend when I felt like no one else understood, and you always, always looked after me and protected me. In my dreams, I see you running freely and I know you're happy and free from pain.
-
Godspeed little one and run freely without pain.

Godspeed little one. I'm sorry for your loss, I lost my first guinea pig last year, Arnold, and I'm still not entirely over it. These little ones take up a huge place in our hearts.

I get the same respect , concern and careful examination and follow up as I do with my son's pediatrician.
This has been my personal crusade the last few months. I decided I deserve medical care equal to what my animals get, and I want a doctor that treats me as well as my vet does -- actually listens to me, answers my questions, genuinely cares about me. I have finally found one.
-
Patrick almost never barks, whining on the other hand...
-
I voted I don't know, I just love my vet. I have no idea what a vet actually makes, so I really can't comment, although imo it should be equal to or more than a human dr. makes because you have to know so much more.

thankyou

I'm sorry. Godspeed sweetheart.
-
Patrick has his, with no problems, but with future dogs I'd consider removal if there were problems.
-
I'm so sorry you lost your beautiful companion.
-
I'm truely sorry that you're loosing Crystal, but I'm glad she has someone like you to love her through the end.
-
every three or four months, as much to really loosen up the dead skin and fur as because he's dirty.

People grieve in their own ways, and shock and avoidance (intentional or unintentional) is a normal reaction. In time I'm sure you'll be able to process your feelings, but in the meantime you're not a bad mommy. You loved her deeply, and when you're ready, you'll deal in your own way. I'm sorry for your loss they.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Frodo sounds like a very special boy who touched you all very deeply. I know he's happy now and looks down on you often.
-
I'm so sorry for your loss, he was obviously a special boy. He's happy, painfree, and at peace, and you were with him at the end. You couldn't have given him a greater gift of love than that. Godspeed Pyro.
-
I'm so sorry you lost Snickers, she sounds like a very special piggy. I don't know why she's gone, I think the little ones just know when it's there time, I'm sure she went peacefully in her sleep. Godspeed little one.
-
I'm terribly sorry that you lost Rosie, but it wasn't your fault. I'm sure she's smiling down on you and remembering the good times. Godspeed Rosie.

Ailish, I'm crying even writing this, but you were so beautiful, so loved it showed in your eyes. I'm glad you passed on with dignity into peace. Godspeed little one.
Sarah, I'm so, so sorry she's gone, but what a gift you gave her -- both her life and her death.
