  1. I brought Brendan's urine in to the vet. It might have more protein than normal, so another test will be run on it. We are looking at possibly kidney disease. I hope that we caught it early enough and it is treatable.

I hope so too. :goodluck Sending good thoughts your way.

  2. Just received this notification and wanted to share. I almost bought some of these a week or so ago and decided against it.

  3. I have been using the oil for a while. I don't like that it drips. I would be better if it were a pump bottle.

That being said, my guys has very soft coats and shed very little. I am also using the bug off garlic tabs and really hope that is working. Everyone here is complaining about tics.

I just started using the oil a few days ago so it's too early for me to give a review, but I've used Bug Off for years with good results. I stopped using the topicals when one of my dogs had a seizure after application. I know this will likely spark some comments about garlic being toxic for dogs, etc. But I've read the study that spawned this rumor and the amount of garlic fed to those dogs in the study that resulted in hemolytic anemia were absolutely massive amounts that no pet is ever going to ingest.

  4. I was telling people about Olewo carrots at the Gem event this weekend. One woman who is with the GEM group said she has a hound she got a year ago and he has never had a solid poop. I am excited knowing what a difference this will make.

I take about a tablesppon of carrots and beets, a spoonful of coconut oil and about a half a cup of hot water and let is soak for about 10 minutes. Since I free feed I put it in a bowl and my boys come running. They get this every day even when we are at an event.

I love a great product that really works.

I am also using the same combo - beets, carrots, and coconut oil. My two love it and lick the bowl clean.
