Guest skinnydog
Tucker did not have a good last couple months. He was given to a new owner, who wanted a dog for her son - Tucker loved children. "B" proceeded to let Tucker go from 100+ pounds to barely over 60. Someone stole Tucker from "B", and Animal Control became involved. Despite increased feedings, the poor guy continued to drop weight. The original owner "A" convinced "B" to give him back. Tucker came to the vet clinic, was started on IV fluids, and had bloodwork done. "A" decided that she couldn't afford treatment any longer, and wanted to take Tucker home. Animal Control seized the dog, and ordered him to be euthanized - he was in horrible shape. An autopsy revealed a watermelon - sized kidney tumour. Nothing could've saved poor Tucker. The saddest thing is that he had to suffer for so long. Run free, Tucker - please know we love you.
