Guest nicky604
She is guarding her bed (sleep space aggression). Ideally, this behaviour should be prevented from occurring. Now that you know that she is guarding her bed. Be careful. Occasionally, bring her treats when she's on her bed or rug beside her bed. I would offer her a crate. Keep the door open. To coax her into the crate, hide little pieces of freeze-dried beef liver or other favourite treats in her bedding inside the crate. Also feed her in there so it's a good, happy place. The crate will provide her with her own safe sleeping space and keep the humans safe too!
