Guest AimeeBee
Just wanted to report back with an update. Going full-out with alone training plus the calming chews and the addition of our foster dog within sight/hearing range seems to have helped a LOT so far. I've been checking in with a webcam while I'm out and minimal whining, no more chewing incidents (except their Kongs, which is fine), and usually napping pups when I get home. Going to keep with what we've been doing for the rest of the week and then try to maybe slowly progress him to having more access to the house. . Busderpuddle
I think we have tried every calming supplement on the planet for Ruby, including prescription ones from the vet, all with no success. It has been a rough journey and I feel so sorry for her when there are fireworks, thunder storms or other things spazzing her out. Sometimes there just isn't a good answer. We even tried a every day tranquilizer for a while and finally just gave up. Hope you can find something that helps. Quote Karen
