Guest rarmstrong
So, I accidentally bought Willis puppy treats. I was looking at the flavor, and missed the puppy part. Is it okay to give to him? Or should I return and get adult treats? Edited March 11, 2014 by rarmstrong
RedHead
I'm sure they're fine. I didn't even know they differentiated between "puppy" and "adult" treats. Probably just a gimmick anyways....

greytpups
Usually puppy treats are smaller. I wouldn't return them. I often split up adult size treats anyway. I looked at the breakdown of protein/fat/etc and it was pretty close to the other treats I bought.
Guest Celestrina
Treats will be fine. If you got puppy food then you might want to return it.
Sambuca
I wouldn't worry. I give cat treats to my dogs and my clients dogs because the bags are more convenient to carry as a dog walker. I've also given my dogs baby food during training as a treat they can lick out of the jar. Puppy treats are at least aimed at the right species.
