Bumps On Ear. Should I Be Concerned?

I noticed a small cyst like bump on the edge of Tucker's ear a week or so ago. Figured it would go away and now there is a second one and I think I can feel a third and potentially a forth starting as well. Any thoughts on what these could be? Is a vet visit in order?

Not a great picture but hopefully you see what the bumps look like. You can see the two most noticeable ones.

Carl had something that looked a lot like this on the back near the bottom and on the other ear several of them on the front along the edge. He also developed similar bumps on on hock and two on his nose, one that opened up and looked really ugly. Vet wasn't sure what they were, but felt they were, his blood work was fine. We tried several homeopathic things and hit on Thuja pellets. I gave him two pellets every other day and they began to recede within a week or so and were gone in about 6 weeks. I still give him 2 pellets 2 x a week as a maintenance dose, it seems to have kept them at bay. At the same time, I switched him to raw, so....don't know if it was the raw or the Thuja, but whatever it was they are gone and have remained gone (knock on wood).

Thanks for the feedback. Tucker is only 4.5 and has been a pretty lumpy boy. He arrived with a couple of hygromas (elbow and hip) that we managed through. Still have had a pup that had both a nerve sheath and a soft tissue sarcoma removed, every lump and bump makes me nervous.
