Just watch his belly with the Rimadyl...I didn't read all the other posts, but that can be a bit tough on his tummy for too long. Check w/your vet. They may give you something like Sucralfate to coat his belly.

Picked up more Rimadyl from the vet this morning for Evan. His belly has been fine--firm stools, no gas, no strange belly sounds...If he shows any signs of discomfort we'll ask the vet about something for his belly.

Thanks for the post about the belly and rimadyl. Our vet is very good, thank goodness. As w moist anti-inflams it can be hard on their tummy. Our vet put Evan on just one a day (75mg) for another 5 days and he's doing greyt!
