JJNg
I thought your vet put her on enalapril in June? Did she not stay on it? Is she on any other meds? Also wanted to mention that the Columbia specialty center recently added a cardiologist to their staff. If you're interested in a consult to find the best treatment options for your girl, you can ask your vet for a referral. Most dogs that have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure are managed with a combo of at least 2-3, if not more, medications. I do realize that consulting with a specialist can get quite expensive, and especially with the distance, you may not be able to take that route - just wanted to throw it out as an idea. Best wishes for you and Riley. Remolacha
My Sugar was on enalipril, lasix, and vetmedin. Kept her going for 3+ years. I losy her at 12 1/2 to causes unrelated to her heart.
