Mosquito Repellent - Halo Cloud Nine Safe For Greys?

I wondered if anyone had any experience with Halo Cloud Nine Herbal Dip. I want something to use on Nike when we go out for our walks - the mosquitoes love him! This product contains all natural ingredients: Tea tree oil, Rosemary oil, Sage oil, Cedarwood oil, Peppermint oil, Sweet orange oil, Eucalyptus oil, Citronela oil, Pine needle oil.

In comes in a little bottle and you mix with water to make a spray. I want to be sure it will be safe for him before I use it. The store has been very kind and will allow me to return it if my research shows it to be unsuitable for greyhounds. Any advice appreciated!
