Guest HoundLife
Hi Folks! We recently moved to a new house and found fleas in the lawn. The hounds are still relatively flea-free, but we'd like to ensure that fleas stay out of the house. Can anyone recommend a pet-safe lawn treatment for fleas? Thanks so much for your help! Guest Energy11
I would ask your vet OR the local Cooperative Extension Service, before USING ANYTHING! A lot of stuff out there is bad news. Good Luck ! http://www.saferbrand.com/
Guest HoundLife
Thanks, and I should have included in my post that we want to treat the yard so we (the humans) can enjoy it too... I can't stand in the yard for more the a few minutes before retreating to the house. The hounds seem fine... they're already on a flea-preventative regiment. Guest SueG201
I have always used Lime for my yard, in the 12 yrs I have lived in my house, we have never had fleas or ticks, and all we use in lime once a month, it also helps with urine burn out on the grass

Maddiesmom
I used BIO Spot on my yard when Maddie had fleas earlier this year and it worked great. Got it at Petsmart and attached it to the hose.
