He had a dental on Monday and they also removed two masses, one from his side chest area and one from his rear leg. He was sent home with Baytril and Dermaxx. We awoke the next morning and my guys eyes were swollen. Back into the vet we went - they think he had a reaction to one of the meds. They gave him a shot of benedryl and took him off Dermaxx and gave us tramadol instead. They prescribed 75mg of benedryl x2 a day for 24 hours. Swelling went down in his eyes. We just got back from dinner now and I noticed his front paws are now swollen - right above his toe area. Now what?? Any ideas? Do you think I'd be safe to wait until morning to call the vet - or do you think the e-vet tonite is in order? Any suggestions....
