The government had a study done on drug lifespan and found if properly stored (no high temps or humidity) drugs will last 5-10 years past
their expiration date with no loss of potency.
There are some exceptions such as Nitro Glycerin and Insulin.
I agree that antibiotics other than the salve should not be needed.

Haven't you ever seen a dog bury a bone?
He was just trying to hide it from kitties and zombie skwirrels.

Sounds like a good dental specialist, he saw something he was unsure of and didn't procede.
Better than "damn the torpedos, full speed ahead".

I was wondering if you guys get your greyhounds vaccinated for rabies and distemper. I usually wait several years in between, and then only get them if they are required by a place we're going. Am I being lame?
You have obviously never had a dog with distemper.
I did 50+ years ago.
I would not put my pet at risk of that.
To answer your question, YES.

I don't think there is enough chocolate to cause a problem.

They sell a product at Staples to give secretaries a better grip on papers. It comes in a small round container about 3" in diameter and looks somewhat like chap stick.
It is non greasy and works very good on dry hands, i wonder if it would work on paw pads?

Is he walking on any lawns that have been sprayed with pesticides or fertilizer?

Just a hint from someone who also deals with soft poo quite frequently. Got this tip from another GTer. Get a big pack of uncoated paper plates. The uncoated ones
fold up nicely to stuff in a pocket. When you see the squat coming, whip out that plate & slap it down under the butt. When full, fold into poop taco, stuff in a plastic
grocery bag...easy peasy. I might look like a dork, but it saves the neighbors from squalling at me for smeary brown pudding poo in the grass. You just canNOT get
it all cleaned up.
Make sure the grocery bag does not have any small holes, many do, and that can be messy.

Because they like it. As good a reason as any.

Are you sure the vet's scale is accurate? I don't think they calibrate them very often.

I had one on my elbow. It didn't hurt and eventually went away. Looked kinda strange tho.
We have had them at the adoption kennel and they don't seem to bother the dogs and do go away.

Poor Chinese translation?

Lumbosacral stenosis also known as Lumpy Stegosaurus in some threads.

Here's something that's been REALLY helpful for my cats with their old-cat UTIs: homeopathic Cantharis. I use it myself, and all of us can attest that, if you hit it as soon as you see signs, it can knock down the UTI without having to resort to a long course of antibiotics (and all that implies). Not every single time, but MOST times. That said, I have long since added pure cranberry juice to their wet food, and they not only like it, but the combo (wet food + cranberry) seems to have taken care of the problem all together. Not sure how this would translate to a dog (yet), but it's worth a try!
As for being played, that too is possible! Good luck!
I have a friend who is dealing with some urinary issues with one of her cats, so I looked this up... it's made from beetles? And it's an.... aphrodisiac? http://beneforce.com/informationfaq/homeopathic/cantharis.htm
Youth these days!!! You've never heard of Spanish Fly?

Just my opinion that no one should be buying a Diamond product again. They should be run out of business. Many foods are being recalled from their plant.
They are the only dog food maker that admits they had a problem.
Do you think other manufacturers never have problems you don't hear about?

I used to hunt and never cleaned a wild rabbit that didn't have a tapeworm.

You may want to only give him half of the neck per day.
Killannie has a cast iron stomach but too much turkey neck tends to loosen her stool up for a day.
