Hello from Elkhorn.....

I am so sorry. You did nothing wrong. It's the cancer that is wrong. I hate cancer.

See, sometimes there is good news....
So glad!

Hi...We live in Wisconsin, but we used to live in McAfee, which isn't too far fron you. Hope you are able to find a greyhound buddy.

Fingers crossed in prayer position here for both you and Gracie. I know this is scary.

My first grey - KC - was on thyroid meds. I didn't notice gas, but she grey lots of hair on her butt.

Congratulations. She is a very pretty girl, and I really like her name.

Robin, I am so sorry. 2009 hasn't been a very good year for you. I know you will miss your girl.

Patti, it's so nice to read good news.......

Just heard from the vet and there were no parasites in the stool....
So, I guess I take it from there. I have special food -- which I was told not to give them for 24 hours.
It's going to be a fun night.

All three greys have the big one. It started with Carla...then June Bug....and now, Skorch who is also throwing up...
I've done the chopped meat, rice thing and have given them Imodium.....I stopped at the vet and picked up special canned food as June Bug won't eat the rice and chopped meat. I returned to the vet with a stool sample.
Just waiting to hear from the vet now. I was told it could be a parasite.
This is not fun when I am working and it's raining. I have throw rugs all over the kitchen.....
Please let it be easy to fix......My poor babies!

One would think that if you have a siggie with that gorgeous Figgy's handsome face taking up the entire area and considering the fact that Figgie is good with the baby and your DH is in love and that you are obviously in love as well and being as Figgy seems to fit in the household like a glove that this fostering may be very tempory. (really long sentence)
What do you think?

Hope Elsie feels better. Both of my girls had the big D this morning, but Skorch is normal. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I cooked them rice and chopped beef this morning. June ate very little, if anything.
There is always something to worry about as you know so well.

Good news. I always get nervous when thet go to the vet even if they seem okay.
