She's pudged up (too much now), but until she was 7 years old she had dragon-spine and more hip-point than most folks like to see. I think she looks fine - especially for such a young dog. Even if she put on a couple lb.'s - your co-workers wouldn't notice. Unless you're around greys a lot - even a "heavy" one looks too thin to most people. The new vet tech at my vets office commented on how lean and muscled Diana was at our last visit. The vet and I both corrected her that Diana is overweight and out of shape and we need to work on that. And that was a person who "knows" dogs. She'd just never seen a grey before.
