They will send you a tag for free with a one time $5 site fee. Once you get a tag with your dogs specific health problem listed you can log on to the site and fill out the form that tells about your dogs problems and contact info and vet info. Then, if for some reason your dog gets out or there is an emergency at your home someone can go to this site and get a lot of info about your pet without giving away too much info. I don't think Larry would ever get out but I worry that my house will catch fire sometime when I am not home or some other horrible thing. This way the authorities will be able to help my dog.
