The local hunt club has offered me whatever I can drive away with after the day's hunt for the duration of the season (early Jan, I think). We're talking offal/innards, ribs, necks, shoulders-apparently most of the guys only keep back roasts, loins and backstrap, so pretty much everything else. The guy was telling me that as a group, they average 70-100 deer a year. So. I live south of Richmond, west of Norfolk. If you're interested, let me know, and I'll pick up parts for you, too. The kicker is I only have limited storage space, so you're going to have to come get it fairly quick, and probably without a lot of notice-we can make arrangements by PM. Any takers?
