My boy had it yesterday and is 3 legging it today ( I'm sure it's hurting quite a bit). How long does it take for the pad to heal and be back to normal? Guest mickie37 Posted September 16, 2009 Share Posted September 16, 2009 My German Shepherd had some surgery on her pad and it took about a week before she was comfortable enough to actually put full weight on her foot.
