Guest gr8greys Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 Our Grey, Ellie, will sometimes yelp if she's slipped on ice or the wood floors. I think she gets very scared and perhaps pulls a muscle or ligament because she'll just stand there for a few moments shivering. She's done this numerous times. In fact, only last week she did it and she couldn't get her front leg to stop sliding from underneath her - it scared the hell out of me as I thought she'd broken her leg. I steadied her and when the shivering past she calmed down but you could tell she was walking like she'd hurt herself.
