Anyone Know What This Could Be?

My friend recently adopted a 4yr English bull dog who had been used for breeding at a puppy mill. She came to them in absolute deplorable condition but with proper care had been doing really well. Last week however she started to have muscle tremors in her large muscles masses, mainly the shoulders and hip muscles.

 

Mia is completely alert during these episodes but seems to be in pain. After the trembling stops she becomes very tired and hot. She will seek out cool areas lay down and just pant. My friend also noted that before these episodes her paws become very red and hot.

The vet is stumped as to what it might be. Her blood work came back normal except for a high red blood count.

 

Anyone every encounter anything like this?

I can't seem to find anything peculiar to the breed, but EBDs have loads of cryptic problems.

I use own English bull dogs sometime they could just sick the dog needs to have blood work done to find out why this happening the dog need a vet

that the only thing that could help this dog at this time.
