Cully
Here are some pictures of Joey. Oh, Cully--you play WAY dirtier than I do! And I must say, "Nicely played!" I couldn't help myself. ;) Quote waiting at the bridge Connie Van Teddy & Jojo, Cobra
Guest VelvetEars
It's funny how that works, isn't it? When Jane died, I was devastated. Utterly and completely. And I could not imagine bringing another dog home. But Jackson was going to starve to death if we didn't. So I resigned myself to the knowledge that I was going to bring home a dog that I didn't think I could love. I decided we could deal with the anti-Jane -- a boy, playful, outgoing, etc. Again, someone had other ideas. We came home with a girl who was nearly Jane's age, and who quickly became "large and in charge", just like Jane. I have no doubt that Jane sent her to us, because she knew we needed a girl who could run things in her absence. There will never be another Mac, but it is such a blessing to know that he has a hand in the next hound to put his pawprints in your heart. LisaB
Fingers crossed that Joey passes the cat test! I think this thread should be moved to a different location than Remembrance! I agree...it has definitely taken a happy turn! And I just noticed the title typo... "It's HeartBEAKingly True" ...like a little bird told you? Just teasin', Jan!
