Guest snowberry
Three weeks ago, at the same time as needing a dental for a broken tooth, Herbie's lymph gland on the right side of his jaw came right up, golf-ball hard. The vet thought it might be infection from the tooth, and took out tooth, gave antibiotics. Lymph gland got worse despite all, so it was removed for a biopsy. This morning the lab results came through, and I am so relieved it's not lymphoma, but the vet said this now leaves a number of things it could be, and we'll have to work through them... Anyone have any ideas? (Tick-borne diseases are rare in the UK, and he's not had any stiffness, limping etc, seems relatively well.) It's only been the one lymph gland, not all of them, but now I'm obsessively feeling the backs of his knees in case any more come up
