Just curious if anyone is feeding/has fed this brand and what your opinion is. I should be getting a small bag of the grain-free Alaskan Salmon delivered today (wag.com). Trying it because it is lower fiber - the website says it is 3% fiber, whereas what he is eating now is 5%; small difference, I know, but for grey with pancreas insufficiency and the EPI website mentioned feeding food with 4% or less fiber if possible, and since his stool is looser than it should be, I am hoping it might help.

I fed the Hi Tek Grain free Lamb formula before. No complaints. Nothing spectacular about the food either but I fed one big bag because I had won a gift certificate to a local pet boutique and it was about the cheapest thing they sold at $50 a bag. Dogs ate it, no digestive upsets. Lasted about a month and I went back to their regular food because it was more affordable and easier for me to get. I wanted to try the Alaskan Salmon but they would have to order it and with my work schedule it is almost impossible to shop at that store. But I did see chewy.com sells it now so maybe in the future.

Thanks. I just had never heard of it before. If it works out, I will need to order it from chewy or wag.com, they both have it. Some of the others the website recommended were definitely too much money (Canine Caviar, et al).
