Another Post-Spay Complication

Looks like bleeding into the subcutaneous layer. I'd definitely go to the vet and check into getting some Amicar for her if this is ongoing.

any word on how this girl is doing and what was causing the problem?

I've heard of some dogs being allergic to the internal suture material and some being allergic to the outer suture material but I haven't seen a dog post spay look like this afterwards.

Hope she will be ok.

Well, blood work looked fine. Vet wants us to keep an eye on it, but other than that, no real idea what it is or what caused it. I don't like not having answers, but the vets were not overly concerned at this point.

With Buster Bloof (UCME Razorback 89B-51359) and Gingersnap Ginny (92D-59450). Missing Pepper, Berkeley, Ivy, Princess and Bauer at the bridge.
