The sweet Old Man of the Clinic passed away yesterday. He was 12 1/2 and had been the main blood donor at work since he retired from the track at the age of 4. This boy would do ANYTHING for marshmallows, especially, ironically enough, the little marshmallow bunnies that they sell at Easter. :) I think everyone who worked at the clinic for any length of time was guilty at some time or other of tossing him marshmallows (he was GREAT at catching them) until (*OOPS*) the whole bag was gone. These old guys never live long enough.... I'll miss ya, Old Man.

God bless this sweet senior pupper. Lynn, thank goodness he had people like you looking out for him.

I hope he gets his favorite treats at the bridge.

One other funny about Seatac- his father, whoever he was- there's no record other than his name had one of the all-time GOOFIEST names in greyhound history: Dr. Spanky!

In the eight years Seatac donated blood, how many other dogs

lives did he save? He ran his heart out for his trainers and gave his

blood/soul to save others.

Put a Purple Heart on Old Mans grave, as he was wounded go many times to save others.
