Trudy
You need to delete it all and start over if you haven't changed it since the board upgrade last year.

Guest KennelMom
I can't even add my signature. It won't allow me to type in the box. ???? are you using IE7? If so, you may want to try clicking the compatibility mode button to the right of your address bar (looks like a piece of paper that's been torn in half). That can affect some editors on various sites.
Guest AlaniJoi
I was able to re-size the picture I wanted to add to my signature, but I can't seem to figure out how to add the pic to my signature. When I click on the icon to add a pic it asks for a URL. The picture is saved to my computer, so I have no idea on what to do? I feel like a dummy! LoL! Trudy
Seems you have figured it out - images need to be online somewhere to be posted on GT (unless you use the attach feature in Cute and Funny)
Guest borzoix4
Would anyone be able to resize this photo for me to be the 500x150? My resizer is not working to get the photo that size. If its allowed I would like to use it as my signature.
Trudy
It's not the image size that is the issue. It is the file size.

Well thank you for replying but I have no idea how to make the picture file size smaller. Thank you anyway.
Laurenbiz
I am confused! I went into Photoshop with a blank canvas sized at 500x150. I made this. I uploaded it to Photobucket and used the link code when I edited my signature. Why does it look so small below??? Jeff
my guess is that you linked to the thumbnail image, not the actual image. the 'th_' in the URL. Looking at the full size image, what I can assume is HERE is well outside our requirement
Laurenbiz
OK, I re-sized it and then I saw that the moderators didn't let that re-sized image stay up. I changed the size a little smaller than 500x150 and I've reloaded it. Quote Lauren the Human, along with Justin the Human, Kay the Cat and Bernie the Greyhound! Guest greyhoundgirl1
Mods - I resized my signature. Thanks for your patience with newbies! How did you do this? You can see the only siggie I've been able to do is at the bottom of my post. (imported from my photo bucket) I do have photoshop (I think it's something like adobe version 23? an oldish version)I've been trying to follow some tutorials on you tube but can't seem to break through to this forum siggie format even from the tutorials. I get a background layer but can't seem to go beyond.

Guest grammarules
I'm trying to make a signature but, it is on my computer not a website. Help?? I just posted it on my blog how do I transfer it to here? Edited February 9, 2011 by grammarules
Trudy
First you resize it because that won't upload for a signature. Get it down so the image size is 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high or less. And make sure the file size is less than 15k. Then follow the instructions in the Supporters forum for uploading it into your member gallery. RaineysMom
help! I'm trying to change my siggie (to add a Rainey with her little halo now ) but am getting what you see below instead. Can you help? I'm not sure what is wrong. Here is the xml code: <img src="" border="0" alt="IPB Image" /> <!--fonto:Geneva--><span style="font-family:Geneva"><!--/fonto--><!--coloro:#336666--><span style="color:#336666"><!--/coloro-->Kim, Bruce, Anubis and missing my sweet Angel Rainey (10/4/2000 - 3/8/2011) (and Chester (8/31/1990 - 5/3/2005), Captain (10/12/1993 - 6/13/2005) and Remy (?/?/1998 - 1/6/2005) at the bridge)<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc--><!--fontc--></span><!--/fontc--> well, that didn't work. What's showing there is all of it, but there is [ IMG] (no space after the opening bracket but it didn't show) then "http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y285/kimberleyjones/raineyandanubissiggyangel.jpg" then a final [ /IMG] (again, no space where the opening bracket is) where the picture is. Trudy
Fixed - any font stuff and color stuff you had going I removed. You'll have to redo the text if it isn't the way you wanted it.

Guest crazy4greys
Why won't it let me post 4 lines. All I want above my siggie pic is my name, then everything else you already see below the pic. That would be 4 lines including the siggie pic. When I do that with the color and font choice, it says I can only have 5 lines which I would have 4. I see that it goes to two lines with the font choice and color, but it would only show up as 4 lines for the finished product. I don't get it. Can you please help? Thanks! Guest borzoix4
I tried to make a ticket to request a new signature. However- I do not remember how to do it. I have removed my signature for now as it is painful for me to see Ninas picture. Would someone be willing to make a new signature as the new one I have is too large in size. Thank you. LadyGrey
Just confirming that we have to have Adobe Photoshop or similar software installed in order to make a siggie. Is this correct?
