2greys
Thanks I am from the UK, but I live in France (but still speak to my dogs in English). I would have put pics of the dogs up but they are all too big it seems and it won't let me join them

EllenEveBaz
Welcome! We're in the rural foothills of the US's southeastern mountains. Are Indy and Sophie city or country hounds? Quote I live in France (but still speak to my dogs in English). I don't know why, but I cobbled together enough Google French to say to one of my dogs, "Bon appetit, Monsieur Milo le chien," in my best Julia Child voice. 2greys
To be fair, my dogs are well behaved but not very obedient, so I'm not sure the language matters We live in the countryside, in a small village. The dogs were born in Ireland and are ex-racers, although apparently Rosie (Scala Rossa) didn't like racing so never did much and Indy (Home Shona) did quite well but had a muscle injury and had to quit. I'm so glad I've found this site, there is a wealth of information. I've already found that I'm not the only one whose dog rips or breaks their dew claws, not the only one that has dogs with big sleep startles, ideas on how to get the sticky bandage off my dog's leg (following a dew claw incident).... This place is wonderful
MP_the4pack
Welcome from NJ, USA. There's a ton of good stuff on this site. Helpful, funny and unfortunately sometimes sad. I have Emerald, Bubbles and a soon to be still unnamed girl from China.
