Agz Posted June 3, 2020 Posted June 3, 2020 Hi everyone, I’ve got a lovely retired greyhound who is nearly 7. He has the weirdest behaviour problem - he growls and snaps while I’m on a video call to someone. He is extremely well behaved apart from this!! He growled at me multiple time while I was on a video call before and even bit me once and during todays call even though I wasn’t touching him at all and he was laying half a meter away from me, he barked loudly twice and constantly growled at me! He is normally exceptionally friendly to hoomans and dogs of all sizes and never shows any signs of aggression. I wonder if it’s anything to so with distorted human microphone voice and would that have anything to do with his racing days? 🧐 so bizarre! Quote
HeyRunDog Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 He's probably wondering where these distorted voices are coming from. The first couple of time I watched a YouTube video with Grace in the same room she wasn't happy until I showed her where the strange sounds were coming from by showing her the screen and was the same with a WhatsApp conference call. Now she shows total indifference. mansbestfriend Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 Hi. Most probably he's confused and wondering how you are talking in strange/unfamiliar voices all of a sudden. Dogs are smart but modern tech is evil trickery ) . Peace. Quote
MaryJane Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 Any chance there is noise with different frequency that your grey is hearing and is hurting him but, you can't hear it. Quote
